The profile must be completed and submitted electronically. However, if you would like a PDF copy to use as a tool to help prepare for filling out the online profile, you can download a copy of the R.I.S.E. Profile from the R.I.S.E. landing page.
Absolutely! This functionality is automatically built into the form when you click the ‘Next’ button in the bottom right-hand corner. Clicking the ‘Next’ button is the only way to save your progress and complete your profile at a later date.
Yes! Although the profile asks for specific data such as names and birth dates of agency employees, all responses are kept strictly confidential and reported only in the aggregate. No one will be able to identify a specific person or agency.
It is very important that we can uniquely identify each of your employees in order to accurately compile the employee-specific pages of your R.I.S.E. Report (i.e. Generational Health, Employee Salary, Weighted Average Shareholder Age, Gender Breakdown) as well as deliver your report in a timely manner.
If you do not feel comfortable sharing full employee names, you can use the Full first name for first name and Last initial for last name. In addition, please use their correct birth year and gender. We require a full first name as this helps us uniquely identify the employee’s gender for the Gender Breakdown section. We also need the correct birth year as this generates the employee’s age for the Generational Health and Weighted Average Shareholder Age sections.
Nope! Once you fill out the R.I.S.E. Profile in it’s entirety, everything will pre-populate the next time you log in to update your information. If you decide to purchase a report the following year, all you’ll need to enter is book of business and carrier data from the most recent year, as well as confirm your employee roster (and respective salary information) is still up-to-date!

We understand that this is sensitive information and that it takes time to compile and enter into the profile. However, everything that we ask for directly correlates to what you receive in your R.I.S.E. Report. In order to provide you with the most accurate report and create these valuable benchmarks for you and your fellow independent agents, we need real data, not approximations. If you provide us with incomplete or inconsistent data, we may ask you to log back in to correct the discrepancies, otherwise you’ll receive an incomplete or inaccurate report.

If your data looks inaccurate or you entered something incorrectly, you have 30 days after you receive it to update your data to obtain an updated report at no additional cost.
